Refund

I did not want the account to renew automatically, so I terminated it. I have thus uninstalled every service from my computer and am anticipating a complete refund, but I haven't received any feedback or correspondence. I am aware that a 60-day money-back guarantee is in effect.
Please issue a prompt refund to the charged account.

There is no one in the forums that can access accounts to process refunds.

Have you already requested a refund? If so, how long ago did you make the request?

you will need to contact support directly for the refund not sure if you need to call or can send a email ( do they have a email contact?)

you will than need to provide the requested information
