Refund for annual charge

I was charged for the annual subscription, want a full refund, and my credit card taken off so it doesn't happen again.

  • Click 'Cancel & Renew'
  • Click 'Manage My Account'
  • Select 'My topic is not listed above' -> Search for solutions -> search: Refund or Request Refund
