refund dilemma

With due respect I would like to request for a refund of my annual norton subscription.

I stay in New Zealand and the experience with claiming the refund has been catastrophic. I have tried to get in touch with Norton via the live chat, which apparently do not work and has been displaying an error.

Secondly, the contact number provided on the email do not work. 

Considering the company, I am sad to say that the experience until now has not been upto the mark. 

I request you to please take this post seriously and help me with the refund.
