So I have requested a refund about 11 days ago, and it was supposedly processed the same day. However I have not received the money and I dont know what to do or whom to ask for help because everytime I go on the live chat, they say the exact same thing as before "your money will surely arrive in another 1 to 2 days" . On the 'Order History' it says it has been refunded, but it doesnt say the card type, nor does it show the card number. This is rediculous. I have also gotten an email saying I'll be getting a refund (11 days ago). The refund policy says "up to 7 days". FIx your sh*t. All my billing information is correct and upto date.
