I still am not earning any eth from my mining anyone found a solution to this problem?

Can you give us more information. What brand and model graphics card do you have?

I have a rtx 3080. however the Norton crypto miner shows that i have 2080 super and that is not the case. the photo that I uploaded will show you what i mean.

So based on the picture it appears you have in the past earned ".012036" which is in your wallet currently, and you have .001964 that is pending to be paid out when you reach the minimum of .004 for unpaid.
The miner is stopped/paused, so until it's running again you will not earn more money.
And finally, the Active GPU value, can you take a screen shot of your device manager and what it shows your display adapter to be?

the miner has been stuck at 0.001964 even after 4 hours of mining. and ill send you the screenshot later today.

That is very odd, somehow we are picking up a different name. In the device manager if you right click your display adapter and select properties, go to the Details tab and select "display name" as a property, what does that show?

Can you do the second part "go to the Details tab and select "display name" as a property, what does that show?" that is what we pick up in our API.
