Registered with Norton, Product Key enquiry

I recently purchased a new product key for one year subscription to Norton Security Premium and used it on my Norton 360 Premier Edition disc.

Shortly after I uninstalled and then re-installed Norton, went to use the same key on the same computer again, and it's now saying that the key is invalid.

The service is active until 25th of April, 2020. I've gone to the license page and it's showing "0 OF 1 LICENSE(S) USED." (Previously it was 1 OF 1). This still hasn't worked.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Care to share what fixed the issue for you? It might help others that run into the same thing.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Yes, it was just a matter of uninstalling my Norton 360 Multi-Device (just a spare disc from around 2009, not the current release) before downloading the current Norton installer again, which then remembered my licence (product key) and everything was back on track.

I was wondering when you mentioned a disc. Norton has not used discs for years now.

Yeah, it was one from 2009 that I just wanted to try but the current download on Norton's website worked just fine.
