Registration alert on desktop

I keep getting an alert on my desktop saying I haven't completed my registration. When I click on it, it takes me to where I can access my account, where I can see nothing about 'registration' anywhere. Meanwhile, my account says I am up to date and protected.

Can you post a screenshot of the message?

Here's what pops up now and then when I open my (Firefox) browser:

What does your main Norton Internet Security screen say about your Subscription Status? Is that information correct?

From the main NIS screen, click on Help - Subscription Status. This will sync your computer to the Norton subscription servers.

Re: Registration alert on desktop

The screen already said, "Subscription: ACTIVE", but I did what you said to do. We'll see if that alert still pops up.

Thanks!

Re: Registration alert on desktop

I keep getting the same notice Koldmine posted above. I actually logged in and tried to register my product again with product key, and I got the message that it was already registered (which I knew). So how do I stop the annoying popups?

Did you try my suggestion about going to Help - Subscription Status from the main Norton product screen?

Re: Registration alert on desktop

I couldn't find that help button, was probably not looking at the right screen. But I did discover that the version a Norton help technician reinstalled for me 6 days ago via remote access (to eliminate another annoying notification) was not the latest. So now I've upgraded and hope that does the trick. Thanks for at least encouraging me to be persistent. :-)

Hello

Please run Live Update a few times and restart a couple of times. The 22.9 updates need at least 2 restarts and 3 runs of Live Update to get all of the files especially if you are 64 bit.

Thanks.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.18.0.213 Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.
