Reinstalling Norton after hard drive crash

Situation:

Running on a Macbook, bought/downloaded/installed Norton 11 for Mac in October 09.

Problem:

Hard drive killed itself, now Im starting fresh on the same Macbook but with new hard drive. As a result I no longer have Norton 11.

Question:

How do I get it on this new hard drive without paying for it again? On their website it just gets me running in circles being redirected back and forth.

Extra notes:

I have my order number, I don't have my password right now or my account info(I do have email addy though), but there is no product key with the order email I recieved in October.

Please contact Symantec Customer Support at the link below (you chat with them for free), they should be able to help you with your Norton account and also supply you with a download link to your Norton product:
