I keep getting the message "relaunching Norton Mobile will restore critical anti-theft features" on my iPad.

Norton Mobile Security app doesn't give any indication on what to do. ie no links to click, no buttons to press, etc.

What do I do to relaunch?

Me for me on all my iDevices (iPad 9.7 pro, iPhone X & iPhone 5s).
Opening the closing the app makes the message go away but it always returns.
No indication which what exactly It does.

Virginia/Twilight Princess. Windows 10 Pro 64bit, iPhone X, iPad Pro 9.7".

Have you tried restarting/rebooting your devices? Just like PCs, occasionally a complete system restart is needed to clear things up. 

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
