remaining active days disappeared after renewal

I found an old thread talking about the same problem but the link to the solution is no longer available. Do you guys know is there a way to get the days back?

Maybe, I'm not understanding your issue. 

New subscription key starts New subscription term.

If you've added a new key and lost your remaining active days.

Please Contact Norton Support -> request ... add back your lost days to your current subscription term.

Does Norton 360 Classic view report SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: # Days Remaining OR Active?

Automatic Renewal On = Active (click on Active for # days)
Automatic Renewal Off = Days Remaining
