How to remove Norton Password Manager from My Norton?
I removed the vault and uninstalled NPM from all devices but I can’t figure out how to remove NPM subscription from My Norton.

NPM is not a subscription. The item in the new My Norton interface is just a 'convenient' way that you can access that feature, just like all the other features in your Norton 360 subscription.
There is no way to modify the interface, even if you never use that feature. All you can do is ignore it.
