renew online nothing but problems

im going nuts ive had nothing but ongoing problems with premium 3 devise.

its on tablet mobile and computer 

cant sign in tablet and mobile

brought online norton just realised its same serial number product key of exspired security. i feel stupid wasteing my money renewing it. this is my second year with same dramas. constant error codes, and serch for help

i want my money back im done. always gets worse when automatic renewal turned off

Hello Trudi. Getting your account squared away is the first issue needing a resolution. If you are showing the same serial and product key having purchased a renewal support should make those adjustments and assist you with your logins. Give them a chat. If they are not responsive and cannot resolve your issue please repost here and we will try our best to assist.

If you purchased a new product key instead of using the renewal process, you have to enter that new key in each device's Norton Security product to activate it in your Norton Account. Then all other devices should pick up the new subscription.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
