Renewal Notice reoccurring

I recently purchased a renewal and my Norton account states its good till 2013 but I got a message stating it expired??? I uninstalled the online backup program and reinstalled it. I now have to wait to see if it will tell me that again. But if I click the icon in the icon tray at the bottom of that list it still says "renew". I thought once it was renewed it would go greyed out??? Is there a fix for this issue if I get this message again???

HI,

Haven't seen that but now since uninstalling and reinstalling, it seems that trying to log into my Norton Online Backup thru NIS 2013 I can't. I get a message of "Unable to connect, please try again later". It use to show up correctly thru NIS 2013.

Does it work properly if you go direct to the website: nobu.backup.com?

yes, if I go to the web site and log in it works or if I right click on the backup icon in the tray and click on "home" it goes to the web site and works fine. Seems like just the link that interfaced into NIS 2012 has a problem for some reason.
