Renewal Popups

I will not renew this product because my network configuration has changed. I probably will install a more appropriate version. But every damn day on three different machines I was getting a reminder that my subscription would expire in x days and my credit card info was out of date.  Finally I went in and turned off automatic renewal and deleted the card info.  Now every damn day I get a notice that my subscription will expire in x days.  I don't need daily reminders, and certainly not on 3 different machines. I will look for some way to turn off the notifications but I really don't have time for this. So no I don't need a fix for a problem with an application that will be uninstalled in a couple weeks, but I sure hope I can find a way to turn the popups off and that the new software does not do this.

Re: Renewal Popups

Just my 2 cents here.

Isn't it better to be given reminders that your protection is about to expire, than to get a message that your protection has already expired because you forgot what your renewal date was? Don't forget that your Norton product stops functioning when a subscription has expired and your systems would be unprotected.

If you were to renew the product, that would have stopped the reminders.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
