Renewal of Subscription

I am getting messages again and again that my details for automatic renewal need amending. I have checked and find that these are correct. Still I am getting messages that if I do not take action my security will stop. I tried to pay manually but could not. Please advise.

Norton 360 Classic view, click Help -> click Subscription Status. That should sync your machine with Norton Subscription servers.
If you still see the pop up after that, please post a screen shot to help us diagnose.

Maybe, you're seeing a Subscription Alert.   

Please Sign In to your Norton account https://my.norton.com/ and verify devices and user information. 
Please check machine date n' time is correct.
