renewal was not added to previous account. A new subscription was opened.

When I did the early renewal that was sent to me by Norton via email. I followed the instructions and did all the steps for the renewal. I thought that was the end of it. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I now have two open accounts for the same computer. Please help to fix this glitch. I will not ever renew early again. I see that there is an issue with the aligning of current and early renewals.

Like F4E said just tell chat support you'd like to combine the two subscriptions. So all of your remaining days are in one. They'll just need your email used in your Norton account. After that you should be able to check your subscription status and your Norton product will connect to the activation server and update your remaining days.
