Repetitive alerts

For 3 weeks now I have received the same 17 alerts on Life Lock. These alerts go back to 2022 to July 2023. I answer ‘yes it was me’ then the next day they are back again. Yesterday I spent over an hour on line with someone who didn’t read my answers and kept wanting to see me Norton. He never tried to understand the issue Can someone help please?
