I can not use the Norton Core device because I do not have a compatable smart phone to download the control app. I can not find the link for the return form on any site. Anyone know of the link?

Good luck, I am still waiting to send mine back and I talked to them days ago. This is a total failure by Norton. They advertised a cutting edge router and produce one missing many basic features which makes it unusable for certain people. I am still waiting for my call back so I can return my Core.
Thanks for the info. I resolved some of my problem with the help of Norton support. The Core is now up and running but only by piggy back on my old router. still have not been able to connect directly to the network but hopefully will work it out. I did find the link to the return form but should not need it now. Good luck with your effort.
