Safari can't open page

I can't get the download page to open. I have restarted my Mac and the page fails to open. The error states doesn't recognize Internet addresses starting with "Safari-resource:"

Hi Teresa,

I'd recommend removing cookies and website data from Safari to see if that resolves the issue. This article explains how to do that: Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac
