Sales Tax Exemption

Simple question but cannot get an answer.  I am representing a 501(c)3 organization and we are tax exempt.  Want to get a new subscription but there does not seem to be any way to do it if you order online ... called support and waited 25 minutes and hung up.  Decided to do chat .. agent said he would have to investigate and the chat timed out.  No answer anywhere on line.  This is really something simple ... what is the answer, please!  THANKS!

Maybe the best way is to purchase the product at a brick and mortar retail outlet and present your credentials to them at checkout. 

The online website does not seem to be setup to handle this type of transaction.
