Say my subscription expired, not so

I renewed with a subscription for multiple devices at Amazon.  Previously both devices were renewed with individual subscriptions.

So both devices are renewed and all works.  This also shows at the website for My Account.  Problem - I still get emails saying my subscription expired on one device (that was renewed weeks after the first device).  It is harmless, but very annoying.  It is using an old email that is no longer on My Account settings that I can see.  So how do I stop the emails?  Or find / get rid of an old email on My Account or in the subscription area.  It keeps wanting me to renew.

Hello Do you have remote management set on all your devices on the subscriptions?

Re: Say my subscription expired, not so

If you renewed with a new product key, Norton deems this a new subscription, not a renewal. Thus, the old subscriptions you had have indeed expired. You will probably get emails for those expired subscriptions for about 30 days after the expiry date.

As you have realized, you can just ignore those emails until they stop.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Soul was asking, because Remote Management by default is set to OFF.

Most of us have it set to ON, for reasons set out in this Norton KB article.

Re: Say my subscription expired, not so

Thanks for the clarification F 4 E. I had an issue with my main computer late last evening and couldn't get onto the forums.

Cheers
