Scam?

When using Google I get a pop up inviting me to update the vault to a new version. I'm suspicious because the associated URL is extension://lcccdlklhahfmobgpnilndimkankpnkg/html/onboardSetup.html#/onboardSetup/tour.

Is this a scam?

Not a scam.

Norton has an updated user interface for the browser extension for Norton Password Manager.
