Scam Emails


This is the second time in as many weeks that I've gotten the same email telling me that I have paid an outrageous sum for my renewal, how can I tell if it's actually a scam or not?  It's nearly impossible to talk to a live person at Norton to find out.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

Check the sender's email address against this information.   Is this email from Norton legitimate?

You can also check your bank or credit card accounts to see if any such payment has been taken.
