Recently scammed by Shankar Solutions, I uninstalled Webroot and CC cleaner that they installed. they also uninstalled my Norton services. I think that have reinstalled my Norton, but I can not access the page where I used to address email and other settings, so not sure if i have really reinstalled Norton. Help please.....

If you are trying to access the Norton Settings page, be sure you are using a Windows Admin account. Standard Windows user accounts have no access to most Norton settings.
Check to see if they might have installed any other security software. If so, it needs to be fully removed with the removal utility for that software.
