To check the firewall, right click on the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Disable Smart Firewall.
Another item to check is the VPN feature. Many here have had issues with printers with the VPN active.

i do believe if you goto settings and firewall at top bars click program tab it will display the programs that the firewall will allow or block or deny
most of what you will see are related to windows programs, apps and functions and any programs you have added
will want to scroll down the list and find the printer ones ( should have manufactor brand or model for example ) and see if its allowed
