Scanning issues with Nis2009

Hi, Norton Community members,

 

You all my be aware that you scan schedule scans in the Norton settings, i have scheduled scans before and on the day scheduled norton has not scanned. I have Idle time scan set to weekly

Try my solution:

1. Uninstall your Norton product.(choose custom uninstall,NOT COMPLETE UNINSTALL.)

2.If you are prompted to restart your computer,restart it.

3.Install again your Norton product.

4.Run Live Update.

Now, Does my solution slove your issue?

Please could you outline your Issue more clearly, as I, and maybe other Norton Community customers, do not know what your Issue is.  Thank-you.
