Scheduled Full System Scan not starting

Before EAP my weekly Full System Scan always ran on time but today's scheduled scan did not start.

Edit:  Actually, I noticed earlier that Live Update never ran after first booting this machine either.  In fact after manually running Live Update nearly four hours ago it has not automatically run since.

I want to run the EAP version but this would be a deal breaker.  I'll reboot and see what happens.

A reboot did not help.  The scheduled scan has still not started.

I'm about to restore an image back of pre-EAP, so unfortunately I won't be able to gather any logs.

I guess I'm just not cut out to be a beta tester  -  very little patience.

Hmm, there might be more to this story because even after restoring from my backup to the pre-EAP image Live Update did not automatically run and the Full System Scan still has not started.

Today I tried again from scratch and things did not go so smoothly.

  1. Enrolled in EAP.
  2. Ran Live Update = 100MB + download, restarted  -  so far so good.
  3. Ran Live Update = 80MB + download, restarted for good measure  -  Norton did not start!
  4. Restarted again = Norton did start but machine did not automatically connect to my WiFi.  It connected when I clicked to connect.
  5. Restarted once more = machine back up and running as expected.

On the bright side, a new scheduled Full System Scan did start on time and complete successfully.

... Monitoring.

BSOD!

I don't know what changes have been made "under the hood" but I'm only having these problems on the machine with the EAP version.

Sorry but my lack of patience is kicking back in again  -  restoring from an image backup.

I'm done with EAP, at least for now.

Hi @Krusty13,

With the latest 22.9.0.61 build, The "Scheduled Full System Scan not starting" issue is fixed.

Could you please try to reproduce and let me know if its fixed?
