Screen Care

I added the Norton Device Care app  and am trying to register for the screen care protection just offered to me. However when I go to "Find your phone nothing comes up. What do I do? Thank you

I cannot find my phone among the list of eligible phones on the app

  • iPhone and Android phones that are less than 3 years old are eligible for participation in the Protection Plan. This includes Samsung Galaxy, Sony Xperia, Google Pixel, Oukitel, OnePlus, Nokia, LG, Motorola Moto, ZTE, Xiaomi, Blu, HTC, Asis, Acer, Alcatel, Lenovo, Huawei, and more. If you cannot find your phone among the list of eligible phone on the app, please contact nortondevicecaresupport@servify.in to check if your phone is eligible for the Protection Plan.


System Requirements

Android 5.0 or later or IOS 11.4 or later phone to download the Norton Device Care app  

Protection Plan provided by Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc.

  • As long as you are enrolled in a qualifying auto-renewing subscription, the Protection Plan is provided at no cost to you for a single device and protects against one covered Failure during the term of your subscription. This loyalty offer may be changed or removed at any time.
  • You must download the app and register a single device to the Protection Plan within your qualifying subscription term, and at least 60 days prior to the term’s end. Coverage is subject to a 30 day waiting period.
  • The Protection Plan coverage is provided by Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc. and will reimburse the cost of repair for registered device screen in the event of a covered Failure. This is not an insurance policy. The Protection Plan specifically excludes coverage for loss, theft, vandalism, water damage (please see complete Norton Screen Care Protection Plan for coverage information and exclusions). The Protection Plan is not available or valid in Florida and Wyoming.
