Search alpha needs filter ?

Search for example "ba" renders plausible result with no descriptive content, mouse hover 'hand' shows albeit not active. Search for example "ab" renders result with descriptive content, mouse hover 'hand' shows albeit not active.> seems, non-relevant results e.g., "ba" should be filtered.  Just me. 
> and Search dialog close upon click mouse hover 'hand' feels not as expected.  Just me.
