Search results offer maybe active link

Search results offers (some) active links, not intuitive which are/are not active. 
Note: screenshot does not show mouse hover 'hand'.   Sorry. > mouse hover over item shows 'hand' indicating link, click item 'hand' links to "duration dialog" or "Settings" panel.
> AntiSpam Allowed List, click mouse hover hand for example opens
Note: Early Launch Anti-Malware Protection mouse hover shows 'hand', and is not active 'hand', upon click 'hand' Search dialog closes. 
YMMV
Presentation is solid and descriptive content is helpful.

Feedback: 
Search results switch toggle feel out-of-place in Search results. 
Switch toggle without Apply does not feel familiar/logical.  
Switch toggle with abrupt Search dialog close feels uncertain status. 
Search results with non-defined which 'hand' is active link, with abrupt Search dialog close may erroneously bump/change switch with no indication.

Search results active link limited to related Settings page feels logical. 
At Settings page, Apply (high-lite & grey) is familiar/logical/certain.

Just me, just saying.
