Just curious, why were you needed the second level support from Norton? Virus infection?

Belive it or not Norton know how to retain a costumer . I have a terrible experience whith a Support guy who uses bad words and do errate clicks  when configure my product because that i present a complaint as you can see in one of my post. He let in exclusión a litle open Candy and i dont know how to rmove exclusions for Norton . The guy was very nasty (grosero en español no sé si sea lo mismo), bad mods he talk to me like  junk and i am a costumer . Norton offers me a second level Support sesión to configure get rid viruses configure Norton to my laboral enviroment  and aditionaly add 60 days to my current suscriptons

I'm glad the problem is settle already. Can't believe Symantec allow someone with that attitude to work in the support department.

is the same what i say  let me wirte in spanish and try to traslate because i dont have too much time.

En primer lugar me gritó, quería cortar la llamada, le pregunté por el virus y el me dijo "Norton lo eliminó" pero  yo sabía que lo había excluido "Quiere conservar sus últimos softwares instalados?",  yo respondí " Si tienen virus no" el me contestó "Eso no fue lo que le pregunté" me cortó la llamada y directo al chat y realmente no hizo nada más que maquillar el error. Se veía que estaba buscando en google y que nisiquiera conocía la interfaz del producto. Desgraciadamente para mi el tipo era latino. Pero Norton detectó la llamada cuando me quejé aquí y me contactaron con el soporte de España. Ellos me llamaron y me dieron la sesión remota que merecia.

Norton have bad elements people who think to know computing because can press Windows and R and run a comand line to flash you, but in the same way have another people who know what to do. I am a happy costumer now and i am sure that nasty guy know now the value of a client. But i must say i am surprised for the efciience and value of a Company  Norton shows me his full potential and because that want to be a loyal costumer in long term
