Secure VPN Not Running

Hello. I had a Norton Security Deluxe subscription until about a week ago and I've received an offer from Norton to upgrade my remaining days of subscription to Norton 360 Deluxe. I did; but now, Norton Secure VPN which has been installed along with Norton 360 Deluxe doesn't even run!!!

My OS on my PC is Windows 10 Enterprise X86 Redstone 6 and Norton Secure VPN does NOT even run on it and the OS on my laptop is Windows 10 Enterprise X64 Redstone 3 (which has been released almost 2 years ago) and Norton Secure VPN DOES run on that!!!

I think there would be a problem with X86 version of Windows or something like that. When I click on TURN ON from Settings OR when I click on Open Secure VPN from the menu, it will show a connection error message after several seconds.

I attached 3 screenshots. Please see them and please inform Norton employees to fix the bug.

Pitbull, what version is your W10 install, IE: 1809 / 1903 etc. There was a reported issue concerning RASMAN which affected Enterprise installs earlier this year, I believe when 1903 was released. Check your running service to ensure Remote Access Connection Manager is running and set to AUTO for startup. Reboot the affected machine and retry the VPN.

Thank you for the reply. My Windows 10 version is 1903 (Redstone 6) on the PC (which is the affected machine) and 1709 (Redstone 3) on my laptop.

What is RASMAN? I didn't hear about it before. Could you please explain about it?

How can I reach that Remote Access Connection Manager feature?

@Sunil_GA and @Gayathri_R : Could you please report the issue to Norton developers? It would be really simple for them fixing that.

@Pitbull2020:  I have the same issue:  Upgraded recently from another Norton product and the VPN is grayed out.  On other devices, it works fine.  I downloaded the Norton app via the Microsoft Marketplace and that app works fine including VPN functionality.  Now I have the software and the app running which would seem redundant, but it was the only way to get VPN on my desktop computer with Windows 10.
