Security

We are getting notifications from Norton that my desktop device is no longer protected.  We recently renewed our subscription and received notification that all of our devices are good for a couple years.  Please advise us as to what is going on.  My email is coxondr@verizon.net. thanks for the help.

We are still getting notifications from Norton that my desktop device is no longer protected.  Our laptop and I-phone indicate remain protected.  As mentioned before, we recently renewed our subscription and received notification that all of our devices are good for a couple years.  Please advise us as to what is going on.  Thanks for the help.

B) Did you renew with new key from a reputable third-party vendor? 
C) You have a multi-year Norton subscription?
D) How many devices?
E) What is your Norton product?  Norton 360 Deluxe?
F) Are you United States?

What is the full exact message/notification text?

Please restart (not Shut down) desktop.
Does Windows Updates run?
Any pending Windows Updates?
1) Please Sign In at Norton 360 - My Account - with the same email address/Norton account as other devices?
2) Please run Subscription Status:  
3) Please run Get Support
4) Please Enter Product Key: (from your Norton account)

5) Is the date and time correct on desktop? 
6) Does Norton LiveUpdate run?
7) Does your Norton desktop product report expired?
8) What is the full exact notification/message?

Maybe, your Norton desktop product (Norton 360) needs a refresh install?
Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment details.
