Sept 2019 to May 2020 Topics in Forum Feedback Board Missing

It appears that all threads in this Forum Feedback board created between approx. September 2019 and May 2020 have been removed, and all replies I posted in the Forum Feedback board during this period are no longer listed in the Activity tab of my forum account.  Here are three examples of topics I started in that period that now give an Access Denied error:

25-Sep-2019: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/dozens-uncounted-helpful-votes-former-community-memeber
11-May-2020: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/will-paid-directly-peer-advisors-be-identified-special-badges
12-May-2020: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/access-denied-forum-feedback-board-when-logged-out

Can Norton LifeLock recover these missing threads, or were they permanently deleted?

It looks like the missing threads from Sept 2019 to May 2020 have reappeared in this Forum Feedback board, and the "Mark as Solution" link seems to be working in these threads as well.  Kudos to the NortonLifeLock employee who fixed this.

Thanks for looking into this.

Yes, those three topics I mentioned <above> in my original post have now reappeared in the Forum Feeback board, but not any of the other missing topics from Sept 2019 to May 2020 from myself or other users.

For example, I posted a reply at https://community.norton.com/en/comment/8281481#comment-8281481 on 24-Dec-2019 in a topic started by user schpliz about how recent replies disappear after users log out of the Norton forum (I assumed this was due to the five or six hour lag before content on the caching servers are refreshed) and get another Access Denied error if I try to browse to that reply.  If I look at schpliz's Activity Log at https://community.norton.com/en/user/17124951/activity-log that Forum Feedback thread is not listed.

I also started a topic in the Norton Feedback Forum board around 13-Mar-2020 about broken links to Norton support articles (e.g., how the old Intelligent Updater download page for Norton users at https://www.symantec.com/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=n95 is being redirected to the Broadcom site at https://www.broadcom.com/support/security-center/definitions/download/detail?gid=n95) but that topic is still missing.  Sorry, but I don't have a record of the original URL for this missing thread.

I should also mention that while the three topics listed <above> in my original post have reappeared in both the Forum Feedback board and my Activity Log listings at https://community.norton.com/en/user/163263/activity-log, I have lost the ability to mark another user's reply as the solution in those restored threads.

For example, I logged in to the forum and wanted to accept bjm_'s 29-May-2020 post in my restored thread Will Paid Directly "Peer Advisors" Be Identified By Special Badges? as the solution.  However, the red "This forum thread needs a solution" banner at the top of the thread is missing and none of the replies in the thread have an option to Mark as Solution.  That thread hasn't been auto-locked yet due to 30 days of inactivity so that can't be the problem.  I seem to recall other users posting in the past about problems marking / unmarking their own topics as solved so this issue might not be exclusive to my newly restored threads.

Just FYI, the red "This forum thread needs a solution" banner and Mark as Solution option both appear as expected in this "Sept 2019 to May 2020 Topics in Forum Feedback Board Missing" thread I created today.
