I just paid for Norton™ Security Premium, and installed it. My whole reason for purchasing the product (I already have Norton 360) was to use Norton Family. When I try to open Norton Family (from "More Norton"), I repeatedly receive the following error message after attempting to log in:
Your request was stopped for your protection. Your data is safe, and the error has been reported and will be investigated.
Return to the Norton Family homepage and sign in again. If the problem persists, contact Support."
I tried chatting with Tech Support, but have been waiting for over 30 minutes.
How am I supposed to install/use Norton Family?
