I just subscribed to Norton Premier and I'm already experiencing issues. Is anyone else having the following error when logging into family.norton.com?l

I've tried:

Restarting PC

Using Chrome, Edge, IE 11, Firefox.

Yesterday I was able to log in but unable to update house rules.

I am getting the same issue.  I wasn't even able to log in without getting this message.  As of this morning, I still cannot access Norton Family as I am prevented from signing in.  I only accessed this page as a result of pressing the "Support" link in the above referenced message. 

Also, we learned this morning that a website we blocked from our kids is now easily accessible by them.

The mentioned error pageis now gone, but Iam not able to get the Houserules:

16:38:19.383 Array [ "http call failed for ", "getChildAppPolicy", " with status ", 500, " with statusText ", "Internal Server Error", "dataConfig ", Object ] undefined 1 vendor.js:7:30659

16:38:17.114 Array [ "http call failed for ", "getChildSupervision", " with status ", 500, " with statusText ", "Internal Server Error", "dataConfig ", Object ] undefined 1 vendor.js:7:30659

And so on. The page Header displays a red message: Error while loading the Policy (similar, Iam using german localisation.)

Any status of this?

That error is gone but when I want to change houserules, i get Internal Server Errors with message "Error while loading policies" (translation from German). Since 1 day now.

I just tested it myself by changing house rules in my NF account and it worked fine for me.

Thanks for the update by private message that the issue is resolved. 

For anyone with the issue "Internal Server Errors" when updating house rules, please delete and add the child again, this should fix the error "Internal Server Errors" when updating house rules.

I have been having this issue for three weeks.  I don't understand how to delete the child if I cannot log onto the website.

The suggestion to delete child is for user "cfonline".  The user was getting a different error when trying to update house rules after logging onto NF online account.

For the login issue you are experiencing, I'm able to log in https://family.norton.com account without getting any errors.  Please try again and let us know the results.

Wait until you've had it for three weeks and spend a couple of hours per week with tech support, who will insist that the problem is with your computer (even though it happens on every computer in the world) and that they need to take remote control of your computer.  After they have done this and replicated your problem on your browser, they will promise to escalate it.  If you ever ask about the escalation, they will repeat the process.  This is super frustrating.

The really awful thing is that login is required to uninstall Norton Family without logging in.  If they are unable to fix it, I will have to live with no flexibility to adjust the rules of the child computers until the subscription runs out.  I assume then that it will self-delete, but I don't know for certain.  I may end up having to wipe all of the machines.

I'm able to log in but now I'm getting Norton's version of a spinning wheel on the Parent and Child tabs. See attached. Is this related?

I don't understand why this can be fixed for everybody but me.  Can't somebody just give me a new login or something?  It is over a month, and this is mission critical software.  I am crippled by my choice to use your product.

Yesterday earlier in the evening, I installed Norton Family. I have Premium subscription. Later after few hours, my child started using the machine and she started experiencing the computer getting locked every 30-40 seconds. I recognized that it may be because of Norton Family rules that were enabled during installation & setup. As a result, I tried logging into server yesterday and today as well so that I can revisit the Rules, however I keep getting this same error. "Server Error - Your request was stopped for your protection. Your data is safe, and the error has been reported and will be investigated. Return to the Norton Family homepage and sign in again. If the problem persists, contact Support." Could someone help me out here to resolve the issue? Thank you.
