should I resubscribe, been trying to contact Norton services for over a year with a problem

Hi, it has been over a year and my problem has never been resolved, read prior cases, and now I am asked if i want to renew my subscription, for 1 year was never fixed, renew what the problem that was never solved. hahaha  LMAO

@Chris12345 What is the original issue you were / are having? Reading one of your previous posts in this thread, I gather you are having a licensing issue or subscription issue? Please advise.
