Shutdown or Restart fine, but unactivated a few time the Fix?

Lately I've been getting the unactivated message on startups a few time and my Activation is still active? I have to select (FIX) to correct what'ever errors that are causing it to become unactivated and GUI setting (Red) and having to repetely select Fix to see then go to yellow again and fixed. Why is this happening out of the blue? I see no solutions...

PS. I should have taken a GUI grab to attach to see what I've seen.

Welcome,

I'm not sure I understand the exact nature of your problem. Can I assume that your are running NIS/NAV2012 and that you have entered the activation key? Can you share a bit more information about what's happening and how long it has been going on? Also, what is your operating system and when did you first install this product? Are there any other security products installed on this system?

Thanks

Hi QuietStormX:

Welcome to the Norton Community!

May I ask what Norton product you are using?

I will guess NIS or NAV 2012, since you posted in this thread.

Click Support  -> Subscription Status and let us know if this reactivates your software.

The color should be Green, not Yellow, I think.

If needed, we can go from there, no real worries.

EDIT - dickevans: missed your post by a minute (again!), sorry about that.
