Sign in on android 3rd device

App on Blackview android device will not let me sign in acknowledges the tap doesn't respond by going to login details

The sign in button going grey when tapped nothing happened until I went in to permissions in settings enabled both Norton option went back to the app and then let me sign in as it should of done the first time

What do you see when you tap on Sign In?

Thanks for the additional information.

The Accessibility Service setting for 360. Not sure how this should affect signing into your Norton Account during installation. But if it worked for you that is a good find on your part.
