Are you also getting the error when trying to logon to Norton Family account on PC or Android device?
If you are still getting the error on iOS, can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

Yes. This is due to the discontinuation of the old portal that happened this Monday (So, older legacy backend was decommissioned along with this).
