Sign in Is Now Completely Broken

ATK Sign in is now Completely Broken, I recently reinstalled ATK it ran fine for a few days then stopped working again
Launching NIS360 > My Norton > ATK comes up with ERROR Reference ID:0
Sign in from Edge browser extension nothing happens, turning OFF & ON again ATK extensions, did automatically sign you back in again till you shut down CPU but this trick no longer works.
