Site category wrong, but correctly classified when disputed

Norton Family is applying incorrect categories to certain sites. However, when I select "Dispute Category" from the web activity dashboard page, the correct categorization is shown.

For example http://raid.land should be classified as Gaming in Norton Family, and blocked according to my house rules. However, it was allowed as "Uncategorized". When I clicked to dispute this, it is correctly shown as "Games" by https://sitereview.norton.com/#/lookup-result/raid.land

I was told by a support agent in chat to raise this here.

Hi @GJT,

Our website categorization team has reviewed and updated the URL http://raid.land under the "Games" category.

Thanks,

Re: Site category wrong, but correctly classified when disputed

Thanks, but that doesn't address why there is a discrepancy between the site classification in NF and the site that you are taken to in order to dispute that classification. From a UX perspective, it is very confusing.
