Site Untested After Two Weeks

Question: As I can see from other threads, site testing can take some time to occur after registration. In my case, I applied for my website to be tested on September 1 and it remains untested after two weeks. I see some people have patiently waited much longer. May I request an estimate about when my registered site, http://dennismspragg.com, might be tested? Thank you.

Thank you, however, I do not understand the remark that my website is improperly configured. I will go back and study my configuration to verify or fix if there is an issue. My site remains untested by Norton.

Yes, I have also now found the Firefox message and studied my SSL certificate. It is the standard Word Press SSL and I cannot yet determine why Firefox is failing but Google, Bing and Yahoo connect fine.

Update: ran SSL Server Test per Firefox recommendation: overall rating = B. Everything green (trusted). Grade capped because "certificate chain is incomplete." I do not know what that means but will continue to explore.

Your server is supposed to offer the intermediary certificates incase the browser doesn't already have them.
