Sites that do not get auto-filled

After reading this post I though of reporting websites I've encountered errors with the auto-fill function.

Currently, I'm having problems only with this one:

https://www.winbank.gr/el/Pages/Home.aspx (username fills, password doesn't)

Regards,

John

Thanks tzon89  for letting us know.

Thanks.

You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.

Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Sites that do not get auto-filled

I was looking for a "report" option but I didn't notice it as it was hidden under "options".

Thanks for the advice! This is a lot more convenient than having to create a post for each site I encounter issues.

Thanks everybody for the prompt replies.

Best,

John

Thanks. I didn't see this until now either. Hidden under "options" as said. I'll give it a try. Hope it's fixable, because Identity Safe is one of the things that convinces me to stay with Norton.

I had problem with https://cp.sync.com/login . I also did not notice the report option. Neither the ignore this site option. One should be able to choose the folder where to save the backups. If computer crashes ,or disc drive crashes, backup is lost if saved in disk C.

If you are referring to backup of the ID Safe vault, you do get to choose where to backup your vault. From the Import/Export tab of ID Safe Settings, choose the file format you want to back up, DAT or CSV, and click Export. This brings up a Windows Save dialog. Just choose where you want to save it. You can even save to a USB thumb drive is you wish.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
