Smart Scan Freezes When Using Classic View

If Classic View is selected and then Smart Scan run, it freezes after the scan is complete. Smart Scan window and Norton 360 are unresponsive and a reboot is required to clear the problem. If using My Norton View then Smart Scan works fine. Can anyone advise please. I'm using Norton 360 Standard on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs and the problem occurs on both versions of Windows.

Ok thanks for the suggestion. So I tried Smart Scan again in Classic View mode and strangely now it works. In fact it works in both view modes without a problem. It appears that this problem (for me anyway) goes away AFTER you have successfully run a Smart Scan in My Norton View and then switch back to Classic View. There may be a minor issue with Norton when ONLY running Smart Scan in Classic View which appears to freeze. Hope this helps other users.
