SMS Security on my android (v12) phone is alerting me of messages that are legitimate.

Recently SMS Security on my android (v12) phone is alerting me of messages that are legitimate. I understand why as they are from my chemist & contain a link for me to proceed with dispensing the prescriptions so yes they look suspect.

1)How can I turn the orange SMS Security triangle back to a green tick on the Security screen without deleting the messages as they form a log of history for quite a few years for me.

2)Is there a setting within Norton 360 for Android that I can use to allow any messages from this particular phone # not be flagged as "Risky"?

Thanks in advance, Willie.

I have not received any SMS messages that have been filtered by Norton.

When you look at the messages that have been filtered, what happens if you tap on the message? Are there any options presented? See what happens if you tap on the three dots inside a circle at the top right of the list of filtered messages.
