Software Updater has Numerous Errors

I keep getting erroneous alerts that applications on my laptop need updating.

Windows 11 has the latest updates as of today. Microsoft Office is also current.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Exclude all the apps you know are erroneous. Actually, anything from Microsoft should be excluded.
