Something changed with new update

This could be difficult to troubleshoot as I don't know how many people would use this function with this website.

I live in Phoenix and get the AZ Republic newspaper electronically. One of the features it offers is to highlight an article and then print it. I use it daily to print out the crossword puzzles. My NS was updated to 22.15.0.88 Tuesday afternoon. I restarted several times after seeing a patch notice. Anyway, after highlighting the puzzle, when I click on the print icon in the electronic paper, the crossword puzzle opens in a pop up (which is normal) but there is NO function to print anymore. I've tried this in Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox and all display the same way. This function was working fine Tuesday morning. There is no problem with the printer connection. I can print emails, documents, pictures etc with no problem. I print through a home network through my wife's PC where the printer is connected. I opened the paper on my wife's PC, which has not been updated to v15 yet and the ability to print an article (crossword) works fine. Right now, I'm saving the image I want to print to a pdf (another option they offer so I know their function buttons are working) and printing that So I can do a workaround for the time being. I called the paper and they said they are not experiencing any problems with printing. 

I have no idea under settings in NS what I would look for that might be preventing this if any. Again, the printer works fine for all printing tasks except when trying to print from the electronic paper. All other functions of NS seem to be working fine so please don't ask me to uninstall and reinstall. Everything is working fine but something in the settings must have changed or been added that is causing this.

Norton should not have anything to do with removing function buttons on a browser window. If it is a feature of the web site, it is possible something has changed on their end. I know they said they can print, but who knows? 

Have you tried another computer?

Have you tried navigating to the crossword page in your browser, then using Ctrl + P? 

Maybe a screenshot of the page where you used to be able to print from would help us diagnose this.

I thought I might have jumped on NS too quickly as the source but since it just updated that was the first thing I thought about that's different from my PC and my wife's PC (on v14) where the print function worked fine. I highlighted the puzzle I wanted to print, clicked on the print icon and again, the pop up window appeared showing the puzzle but without any print options. So I tried Ctrl-P and lo and behold, the print option panel opened, allowing me to continue printing. Thanks for the idea. It's an extra step right now but not significant. I'll call the paper again tomorrow and let them know what happened. I do think you're right and it is on their end. I'm just not sure why it worked ok on my wife's PC?????  Thanks again. I did call them today and they said they've been getting a lot of complaints this week about their on-line edition but didn't think the lack of the print function was one of them. I guess I could better explain that when I say print function, it's the dialogue box, where you select the printer you want, the number of copies, landscape or portrait... etc that is not appearing until you hit Ctrl-P. The pop up with what you to print is there but with no dialogue box. The reason I suspected NS was that since this was not showing up in a pop up, there was something about the pop up NS didn't like. I really don't think they're going to admit they're at fault and I have no idea how many complaints they're going to have to get before they understand there is a problem. In any case, thanks again and I will add to this if and when I find out what is really going on.

Norton does not have a pop up blocker. That is done by the individual browsers, or extensions for the browsers.

But at least they have admitted getting a lot of complaints lately. So it does sound like someone on their end made some changes to the code on their web page. Especially as it affected all browsers you tried.
