Sonar Advance Protection

I have the latest version of Norton 360 and in the security tab it says 'You Are At Risk. Your PC  is not protected by SONAR advanced protection.' It gives my the option to fix but, when it is attempting to fix the issue it fails every time. I have ran several tests to see if that helps, I've even turned my PC off and on again in case one of the processes is caught in a loop preventing Norton from completing this action. Any ideas?

I have the latest version of Norton Security Suite ( Comcast) and in the security tab it says 'You Are At Risk. Your PC is not protected by SONAR advanced protection.Like  agnes 123, It gives my the option to fix but, when it is attempting to fix the issue it fails every time. I have uninstalled, installed NRT, NRnR, and other  applications suggested by Norton gurus. I also was helped by online chat tech agents who did the necessary uninstall and install routine. It so happens that, in the beginning the NSS starts Ok and it stays Ok for some time. But after the PC reboots and/ or restarts., The auto run from NSS tries to run and I get the same message back again. This is an ongoing issue. The solution must have more that NRT, NRnR ( Uninstall and install routine). obviously We have not found the solution yet.

Message: "Your PC is not protected by SONAR Advanced Protection" is displayed on my Norton product > /solutions/v100974613

When you click Fix Now, your Norton product works automatically to fix the problem. If the problem still persists, choose the section below that most closely describes your situation: > /solutions/v48063189

My Norton product displays "Your computer and network protections are at Risk" and Fix Now displays "Fix not complete" > /solutions/v80973375
