Abnormal action stated, I cannot delete the file, warning Windows will not run without it.

This is NOT a valid Windows file as detected, shown in the above article. I suggest, downloading and running a full system scan with Malwarebytes to see what it detects and removes.

I ran the Norton "deep malware repair" (can't remember the correct name) and that found the problem and fixed it.  I am very pleased about that!

No I ran Power Eraser and it found the problem and removed two programs or instances (not labled SONAR.SuspLaunch!g.318).  All fixed!

Malwarebytes Malware Removal Help offers free one-on-one help.
Malwarebytes staff & experts help all.  Malwarebytes subscription is not needed.
